OUR PROCESS

Consultation & Planning

The process begins with an in-person staging consultation, booked via email and supported by a completed Property Information Form. Following the visit, our team provides a staging report and creates a customized staging plan and inventory list for the home.

Proposal & Approval

A detailed staging estimate is sent to the client for review. Adjustments can be made as needed before approval. Once approved, an invoice is issued, and a 50% deposit is required to secure the staging date.

Staging Day

On the scheduled date, the Staged Ottawa team completes the staging installation, transforming the home into a polished, market-ready space designed to appeal to buyers.

De-Staging or Renewal

Staging is removed once the property sells or when the client chooses not to renew. Staging may be extended at 50% of the original staging price, subject to availability.
